Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
·        The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. They will also collaborate with and provide support to the internal HR team on tasks across the department and Firm-wide HR initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
·        Responsible for new hire onboarding tasks for US, UK, and APAC. This includes coordinating logistics for the employees first day, background check process, new hire paperwork, conduct work authorization checks, and E-Verify (US only). Host New Hire Orientation and organize the new hire announcements.
·        Works with HR manager to process visa sponsorships. Ensure documentation is submitted timely, keeps important deadlines, and sends reminders/updates to team and employee, and reports on open cases.
·        Supports the offboarding process by coordinating exit discussions, the return of personal belongings and company equipment and performing other HR related tasks.
·        Handles payroll related items, including employment verifications and timesheet collection.
·        Coordination of firm-wide events including work anniversaries, wellness events, birthdays, etc.
·        Provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, running reports and data entry.
·        Act as a liaison between the employee and the HR service providers to answer employee requests and questions as it relates to benefits and payroll.
·        Manages HR documentation library on the Firm’s Intranet.
·        Other ad-hoc HR requests and projects as needed
Required Experience/Skills:
·        BA/BS in Human Resource or another related field
·        Experience with Microsoft outlook, word and excel
·        Strong oral and written communication skills
·        Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team in fast-paced environment
·        Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
·        Growth oriented individual looking to join an expanding team and firm
