Information Systems Intern

OneDigital is looking for an emerging Information Systems professional to join the retirement and wealth team and assist directly with a variety of financial industry technology platforms.

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
This 10-week, paid internship program exposes interns to all facets of Information Systems including Portfolio Management, Financial Advice, Project Management, and Sales & MarketingIf you are a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, excellent team skills and outstanding communication skills, we would like to speak with you.
 
Responsibilities will include:
As an Information Systems intern, you need to understand the details of the business you are supporting. In addition to working directly with a variety of financial industry technology platforms, you will also collaborate with teams focused on:
• Portfolio Management
• Financial Advice
• B2B and Individual Client Relationship Management
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Retirement Plan and Wealth Management Operations
• Project Management
• Sales and Marketing

• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
• Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Ability to travel, if needed
 
Education, Training and Experience:
• A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '24 or '25
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, finance, economics, or a similar field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Comfortable working with others in virtual environments
