DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Desired candidate will work closely with business unit CFOs to analyze requirements for financial reporting and propose solutions. This role reports into the GPB Finance MIS platform Team and is focused on delivering analytics, reporting solutions to product and regional CFO team. The candidate will work closely to collaborate with CFO teams to understand reporting priorities and overlook day to day operations of the reporting platform. He/she will help set the vision for elevating our current platform and collaborate with CFO and technology teams to continue to add new metrics , data elements and sources into the platform. The candidate will create, maintain and execute on an aligned technology strategy/roadmap that clearly defines deliverables and specific actions to meet the goals. A combination of technical, analytical, communication and leadership skills will be required

Job Responsibilities:
    * Lead monthly financial close cycle for public reporting
    * Lead day to day operations of financial reporting platform
    * Lead business intelligence reporting initiatives across private bank
    * Design & lead cloud migration strategy of MIS applications
    * Monitor progress of all reporting activities and requirement 
    * Control the quality of data which is reported
    * Partner with finance and MIS teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of data and reporting
    * Work as liaison between finance and technology teams
    * Quickly respond to adhoc analysis requested by Senior Management

Qualifications
    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    * 3-5 years of experience with SQL Server
    * Ability to manage multiple tasks
    * Strong organizational skills
    * Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint Skills
    * Basic knowledge of infrastructure technology platforms
    * Advanced written and oral communication capabilities, ability to influence and successfully interface with executive leadership
    * Project management skills
    * Technical problem-solving skills
    * Strong SSIS skills preferred (not required)
    * Python & Alteryx experience preferred (not required)
    * Essbase knowledge preferred (not required)
    * Prior experience in financial domain preferred (not required)
