Investment Services - Recruiting Coordinator

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR recruiting team in the U.S. and assist primarily with the coordination of the candidate recruiting processes. Specifically, you will:
  • Liaise with external recruiters, internal hiring managers, and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling and greeting candidates on-site for interviews
  • Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system and recruiter tracking systems including resumes, interview notes, and candidate status
  • Leverage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates for Hiring Managers
  • Manage phone coverage, schedule conference calls, secure conference rooms for interviews, manage travel planning (for recruiters and candidates), and ensure invoices and expenses are paid in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events and interviews
  • Assist in the coordination of Point72’s Summer Internship Program
 

What’s required

  • Experience within financial services or recruiting preferred
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issues
  • High degree of professional maturity
  • Ability to serve as an ambassador for the Firm and the recruiting team
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Adaptability with the ability to multitask, shift focus, and prioritize assignments while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience and interest in working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information
  • College degree required
  • Compliance to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range is $60,000-$70,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
