Shipping and Fulfillment Associate
TruePani Inc. is an engineering, consulting, and communications startup located in Knoxville, TN. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking part-time independent contractor to join our team.
Most of the work within this role will support drinking water quality projects. The Shipping and Fulfillment Associate will work out of our Knoxville office to assemble water sampling kits and pitcher filters to be sent to client sites, generate paperwork and reports, track inventory, make phone calls, and manage shipments into and out of the office.

Schedule
- May 1st through August 31st, 2024, with the opportunity to extend.
- Approximately 20 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. There is some flexibility for the start and end time each day, as long as the majority of hours overlap with normal business hours.
Compensation
$18/hour
Responsibilities
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Packing and shipping sample kits and pitcher filters
- Managing material inventory
- Data management via computer
- General office duties: making and receiving phone calls, printing, and scanning
Requirements
- Based in Knoxville, TN
- US Citizen with valid Drivers License
- Must pass background check
- Previous fulfillment experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to take direction
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Courteous and respectful
