DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dispatcher works to direct day-to-day route operations in compliance with the procedures as defined by the client and Company. This position must also organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicates and interacts daily with drivers and clients
• Tracks client calls and communicates issues with drivers and manager(s) as appropriate
• Tracks and reports sign-in/sign-out times, assures routes are timely
• Monitors daily system performance, radio, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality
• Analyzes and reviews operating performance
• Assign trips to drivers to assure adequate disbursement of trips between all assigned routes
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year of dispatcher experience
+ Previous experience in a customer service role
+ High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Qualifications:
+ Minimum of two years of customer service experience
+ Experience with Trapeze software

The salary range for this position is $43,680 to $54,080 (+ overtime).
