If so, you may want to consider joining our team at Stephen Cole State Farm. We are seeking motivated & outgoing individuals to join our award-winning agency as Account Representatives in one of our North Atlanta office locations (Sandy Springs & Cumberland).

Compensation: Base Salary Plus Commission & Bonus ($40,000 - $75,000 annually)

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

My Training Program Includes:
  • Licensing assistance and reimbursement
  • Job shadowing with experienced representatives
  • Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes
  • Learning to market property/casualty, life, health & bank products
  • Setting sales and growth goals
  • Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics
