Special Project Internship For Senior or Graduate Students!!

The West Central Health District is seeking an intern for a special project with the Columbus Health Department.   Requirements include: 

  • Senior year or master’s student in good standing.
  • Majoring in Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Behavioral Sciences, or Public Health.
  • Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint.
  • Must be outgoing, detail oriented, and knowledgeable of the current state of crime issues in Columbus.    
  • Ability to work with community groups, elected officials, and law enforcement.
  • Some work may be required in various community sites in Columbus
