Responsibilities
· Work with the agent to establish and meet financial services goals
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
 

Qualifications
· Interest in financial services and products based on customer needs
· People-oriented
· Organizational skills
· Detail oriented
· Ability to make presentations to potential customers
· Bilingual – Spanish preferred
 

Salary + Benefits
· Salary: $25,000 - $55,000
· Commission + bonus: $5,000+
