(PhD) Display Health Algorithm Senior Engineer

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the system solution design of healthy display characteristics, building systematic solutions and algorithm design capabilities from screen display optical parameters, human eye physiological indicators, visual nervous system to end-user human factors experience;

2. Responsible for industry insights into healthy display characteristics, integrating screen industry chain development, ophthalmology and visual academic achievements, image signal processing technology evolution, etc. to build eye protection road sign planning, solution and algorithm design, and continued leadership in competitiveness.

Job requirements

1. Master professional knowledge in optics, color science, human factors research, visual cognitive psychology, ophthalmology and optometry. Understanding the theories and algorithms related to signal processing and machine learning;

2. Have the ability to conduct display comfort evaluation, lighting quality evaluation, lighting comfort evaluation, and visual health research based on visual perception;

3. Master C/C++/Python programming and be able to use programming languages ​​to complete basic algorithm simulation, tuning and other work;

4. Applicants with a medical background who have experience in visual human factors, light health and other research projects are preferred.

Working language is Mandarin.
