Business Development Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to help us connect with leads interested in speaking to expert doctors and starting medical therapy. This role will involve engaging with potential customers via calls, texts, and video chats.
 

Responsibilities:

·         Call, text, and FaceTime  leads to answer questions, provide information, and convert them into customers.

·         Collaborate with the sales team to refine our customer funnel and provide analytics insights and reporting and new strategies.

·         Assist in developing and localizing marketing content for Spanish-speaking audiences, including social media and email campaigns. Fluency in Spanish not required but is welcome.

·         Build rapport with potential customers and ensure they feel supported throughout their journey.
 

 

Requirements:

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Sales or customer service experience preferred.

·         Comfortable making calls, sending texts, and using video chat tools to connect with customers.

·         Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.

·         Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
