Insurance Account Manager (Bilingual)

You would learn about risk management and insurance products, drive business development, analyze risks, service client accounts, and recommend coverage types. No insurance experience needed -- if you are a self-starter and quick learner with attention to detail, this role is full of opportunities for advancement! HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

- Work directly with clients in risk analysis, quoting, selling, and servicing insurance policies

- Be a first point-of-contact to handle service requests (e.g., quotes, billing, claims, risk management) as well as liaising directly with underwriters and carrier representatives

- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails

- Help clients get through critical moments with ease

- Be proactive and self-sufficient when it comes to handling cases and identifying new opportunities to cross sell

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A fire and casualty broker/agent insurance license in CA or agreement to get one in first 3 months (with our assistance)

- Bilingual fluency (Mandarin, Cantonese)

- Organized and meticulous note taker, attention to detail

- Tech-savvy self-starter

*This is not a remote role. You must be able to work from our office in San Francisco's Sunset District, M-F, 9 am to 6 pm.
