Position Overview:


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Intern to join our team from May 19, 2025, to August 15, 2025. The intern will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts by creating compelling content that showcases our brand and services. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing within the legal recruiting industry.

Additionally, this role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with CEO Michael Connolly. The selected intern will gain first-hand exposure to executive decision-making, business strategy, and leadership insights. Through regular one-on-one mentorship and collaboration, the intern will receive guidance on marketing initiatives and broader professional development, making this an invaluable experience for those interested in entrepreneurship and business leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and website updates.
    • Create bi-weekly articles based on latest trends in the AI and legal recruiting industries
    • Develop quarterly news journals that share updates on Talent Engines, the status of the legal recruiting industry and predictions on future events within the industry.
  • Assist in website enhancement and email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies to enhance Talent Engines' online presence.
  • Research and create content related to the legal recruiting industry, career tips, and market trends.
  • Support in tracking and analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all digital and social channels.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide input on marketing initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
