Digital Growth Intern

Job Description

Nexus Brand Group is seeking a Digital Growth Intern to support marketing products online for major brands in a fast-paced setting. This person should be interested in eCommerce and consumer behavior. Ideally, this person will have an entrepreneurial mind and is someone who likes to constantly test different strategies to find the optimal outcome. This role may evolve into a client-facing position with the right fit.

Nexus Brand Group is a full-service digital growth agency providing end-to-end strategic advice and business management focusing primarily on building businesses on Amazon. Nexus works with established brands to grow their eCommerce businesses.

           

Qualifications

·        Strong academic performer (GPA >3.2) majoring in finance, marketing, economics, or English.

·        Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Self-motivator that reliably executes without much direction

·        Ability to learn quickly in an unstructured environment

·        Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

·        Familiarization Google trends or other online keyword tools

·        Advanced abilities in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

·        Experience with selling products in online marketplaces a plus

·        Experience with website optimization tools a plus

·        Highly curious individual who isn't afraid to ask questions

 

Responsibilities

·        Identify brand and product optimization opportunities

·        Observe competitive activity related to pricing, content, advertising

·        Manage implementation of recommendations to improve client positioning

·    Track key performance indicators such as sales, keyword ranking, search volume, inventory instock rates, advertising effectiveness

·        Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

·        Create regular and ad-hoc recaps for clients
