HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting the entire office team while directly assisting the CEO and HR Administrator.

  • Serve as primary support to the CEO and the HR Administrator in key operational tasks.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Assisting in onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintaining employee records 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support staff and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
