Job Description: 
CardiacFITT is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Program Coordinator Intern to support our marketing and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, has a knack for organization, and enjoys the process of building engaging campaigns. As a Marketing Program Coordinator Intern, you’ll work closely with our Marketing and Outreach teams to plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives that align with CardiacFITT’s mission to deliver accessible healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and event promotions.
- Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform campaign planning.
- Help manage and track campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging graphics and content that reflect CardiacFITT’s brand voice.
- Monitor social media and web analytics to assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, and other community-focused marketing activities to enhance engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and making a positive impact in the community.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media analytics, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare or wellness industries is preferred but not required.
