Application Support Specialist

  • 2–5 years of experience in an Application Support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, ETL processes, and AWS Cloud services.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
  • Exposure to Jira for ticketing and issue tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
