Application Support Specialist
- 2–5 years of experience in an Application Support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, ETL processes, and AWS Cloud services.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
- Exposure to Jira for ticketing and issue tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
