Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment Team Leader to lead our team in Albemarle, NC.
***There is a $3,000 sign on bonus for this position!***
As a Team Leader, you will guide, direct and evaluate each assigned team to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful services. You will ensure each individual served has an appropriate, clinically based and culturally sensitive assessment, which is the basis for all service provisions. You will serve as a practicing clinician on your assigned Assertive Community Treatment Team and coordinate the activities and services in the team's assigned area. You will also monitor and assess the quality of services of assigned programs, including conducting audits of charts, overseeing the peer review process, direct observation of staff, and other activities as deemed appropriate by the Agency Quality Improvement Plan.
To qualify, candidates must have the following:
- A Master's degree in a Human Services related field is required.
- Candidates must have one of the following North Carolina licenses: LCSWA*, LCMHCA*, LMFTA*, PDA*, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LP.
- At least 2 years of experience working with people with a mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis.
*An Associate level licensed clinician actively seeking licensure may serve as the Team Lead conditional upon being fully licensed within 30-calendar months from the effective date of hire.
