-Communication is key. They are overwhelmed with their daily work, so communication is key.
-As with all jobs, people teaching you having done everything and so accustomed to doing it everyday, they seem to forget that you are a novice, so communication is key for clarification in learning and processing new information.
Remind them that you are new and can't do something, and would appreciate some training before you do it.
