I liked the pay. The managers and other workers were easy to get along with. Everyone is extremely polite.
What I wish was different
I enjoyed my experience there, I can't think of anything I would change.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share about this experience is to utilize their resources. They have so many departments that give financial advice on how to boost credit, starting a retirement plan, and growing your savings. They also have resources available for volunteer opportunities and scholarships.

Financial Analyst Intern
June - August 2019 • Eugene, OR
What I liked
I really enjoyed the hands-on experience of the internship. I was able to work on multiple different aspects of being a financial analyst rather than simply perfecting and understanding one thing, which was what I wanted out of the internship.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more structure to the internship. Although due to lack of structure I was able to find a variety of different tasks to work on, this might not be the right internship for someone who does not actively seek new tasks or learning opportunities.
Advice
Make sure to get to know the team well! Their connections are valuable and you can learn a lot from their journeys.

Customer Service Representative
April - August 2019 • Miami, FL
What I liked
Flexible schedule, located at fiu, modesto campus (easy for me to go to class after work), colleagues became close friends, great experience
What I wish was different
I cannot think of anything because everyone was welcoming and the work helped me learn more on how banks (specifically) Wells Fargo works.
Advice
For the training portion learn as much as you can and go at your speed, don't worry about if someone finishes before you. It's more likely that they just skipped ahead, so go at your pace and grab as much knowledge as you can.

Corporate Banking Intern
June - August 2018 • Charlotte, NC
What I liked
I enjoyed learning about all of the components of a bulge bracket bank and how they work together.
What I wish was different
I wish that expectations for the internship had been a little clearer towards the beginning. As sophomore interns, we were paid less and expected to produce the same output/go through the same training.
Advice
I would strive to ask for feedback on how to improve earlier on in the experience.
